We’re looking for a Regional Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects supporting the Global Logistics and Distribution Organization. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Logistics and Distribution Americas and is located on-site in Hebron, Ky (remote work arrangement possible).

In This Role

Take full accountability for delivery of multi-disciplinary, multi-site projects that deliver critical strategic benefits.

Monitor, measure, and coach execution of several projects to achieve objectives.

Plan and design programs, identify success criteria, set controls, and ensure appropriate governance, risk management and change management processes.

Establish and utilize effective risk management and mitigation practices through proper risk identification, assessment, tracking and communication.

Collaborate, challenge, and define innovative opportunities to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of design change and supplier qualification processes partnering with Quality, Regulatory and Operations stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years of related experience in Operations, manufacturing, engineering, operations PMO.

Prefer 7+ years leading medium to large scale technology transfer projects/programs.

Proven experience leading all aspects of medium/large projects in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.

Fully competent problem‑solving methods and demonstrated track record of utilizing lean Six Sigma tools.

Travel & Physical Requirements

Up to 25 % travel, overnight within territory (North America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Puerto Rico).

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience leading multiple projects/project managers.

Experience in medical device manufacturing environments.

Change Management Certification (Prosci/ADKAR or other).
