Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Office Manager located in Cranston, RI. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain office equipment. They will ensure a smooth workflow, provide exceptional customer service to clients, and support the team in achieving project goals.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to organize and oversee operations. Proficiency in managing and maintaining Office Equipment to ensure workplace efficiency. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in general office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent. Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
