SUMMARY:
Stocking of fixed and portable concession locations and vending commissaries to the proper par levels set forth by the Concessions Operations Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor will also oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the Warehouse Associates, directing product movement, receiving products from suppliers, and checking on assigned tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct Warehouse Associates on day‑to‑day duties.
Pre‑event setup and post‑event breakdown of special event locations and concession portables.
Responsible for cleaning all concessions equipment and performing preventative maintenance as necessary.
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and product safeguarding practices are being followed at all times.
Stock concession locations pre, during, and post events as needed.
Secure all product at conclusion of events.
Remove waste from locations.
Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Train new Warehouse Associates and ensure their daily tasks meet standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Organized and attentive to detail.
Ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks.
Prior forklift experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and full‑stadium events.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Work Environment
Must be able to work in inclement weather.
Noise level is usually loud on event days.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Forklift license preferred.
