Position Reports to: Local Division Manager US
Work model: Hybrid
Division: Process Automation Energy Industries
Responsibilities
Provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products to improve productivity and efficiency.
Test, troubleshoot, and ensure successful rollout of the system, training and retraining customers on software and its benefits, followed by ongoing support.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of best methods for configuring and implementing software solutions effectively.
Ensure all required resources are in place to implement software on-time and on-budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Business Administration.
8+ years of experience in industrial automation, energy, power and water and oil and gas industries.
Experience with Operator Training Systems (OTS), simulation software, and dynamic modeling.
Strong strategic planning, problem‑solving, and operational efficiency skills, with expertise in process optimization, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
Effective communication with stakeholders, government agencies, technical teams, and managing partnerships to achieve organizational goals.
Demonstrated change management and adaptability in evolving energy markets, with a focus on staying compliant with HSE regulations and API standards.
Budgeting, cost control, and financial acumen.
Proven ability to mentor and develop teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
US Citizen or work authorization to perform work within the US is required.
