Program Description The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Responsibilities Explore new analytical problems and develop creative solutions using data and analytics in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Etc. Ingest, evaluate, and prepare data for use in dashboards and solutions. Create analysis tools and dynamic visualizations to accelerate insight generation for our customers. Maintain and monitor data in business software (SAP), to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Communicate findings and methodologies to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Skills Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related degree; others may apply. Must be registered as a full‑time student at a local accredited college/university. Available to work during the academic year 16‑20 hours/weekly. Available to work during the summer semester 35‑40 hours/weekly. Must be to commute to the work location in Waterloo, Iowa on a daily basis year‑round. Must be registered as a full‑time student at a local accredited college/university. Graduation date of December 2026 or later. Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
Stand Out Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, VBA, Tableau, or other business analytics tools. Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
