Must be proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise working as a professional Bookkeeper for 2 years minimum. Responsibilities

Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses. Learn the construction AIA Forms. Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports Handle monthly and quarterly reports Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study strongly preferred 3 years' of Quickbooks Enterprise daily use 3 years' of experience working in Accounting Construction accounting related experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly detail-oriented Seniority level
