Accounts Payable Specialist , you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. What You'll Do: Accurately enter GL codes and process high-volume invoices Verify cost codes and ensure alignment with project budgets Handle cost-related accounting and support project cost tracking Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing Collaborate with internal teams to support financial accuracy and reporting What We're Looking For: Solid experience in
construction accounts payable Familiarity with
Vista Viewpoint
(or similar ERP systems) 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
