As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for technical relationships with large‑scale enterprise customers, support sales technical motions, drive adoption of Omnissa solutions, and influence digital workspace strategies. Responsibilities

Engage technology decision makers, building long‑term business relationships and evangelizing Omnissa solutions. Enable existing customers to get the best value out of Omnissa products and keep them up to date. Deliver bespoke technical enablement, product updates, and technology roadmap sessions. Track and support sales opportunities. Validate solutions technically and conduct proof of concepts, RFP/RFI responses, solution demos, and technical workshops. Craft and propose customer solutions that differentiate Omnissa software and services. Develop and maintain in‑depth technical knowledge of Omnissa products and solutions. Support marketing events, public speaking at industry events, and webinar content. Assist customers with product queries and provide an escalation path for support issues. Qualifications

Fluent German & English, both written and spoken. 3+ years EUC Pre‑Sales experience or 5+ years EUC technology delivery consultant. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and background in customer or partner landscape. Experience in desktop management: Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS. Experience with mobile device platforms: Android, iOS, iPadOS. Knowledge of Active Directory, Identity and Access Management systems. Excellent communicator, proactive, can‑do attitude, and passion for EUC technology space. Strong presentation skills and ability to build high‑quality product demonstrations. Excellent listening, reasoning, and objection handling skills. Effective working independently and as part of a team. Experience configuring and deploying Mobile Device Platforms (Workspace One, Intune, Ivanti, SOTI), Physical Desktop Management, and DaaS/SaaS services (Horizon Cloud, AVD, Amazon WorkSpaces, Citrix). Location and Travel
