Deputy Manager - Global Talent Acquisition Role Summary

The Project Co-Ordinator– Telecom OSP Fielding will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple field crews engaged in the design, survey, and build preparation of fiber networks across residential and commercial environments. This is a frontline delivery role combining hands‑on field leadership, operational oversight, and client interface.

The role requires a proactive, results‑oriented leader who excels in managing distributed teams, solving on‑site challenges, and ensuring high‑quality outputs in accordance with client standards, safety protocols, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Field Leadership & Workforce Management

Lead and manage fielding teams conducting site surveys, aerial and underground assessments, and build data capture. Oversee subcontractor and crew performance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Foster a high‑performance culture through mentoring, on‑site coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Field Execution & Operations

Oversee OSP fielding operations, including pole audits, underground path verification, and right‑of‑way assessments. Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and utility representatives. Resolve field conflicts (e.g., utility obstructions, clearance issues, access restrictions) with agility and sound judgment.

3. Scheduling, Coordination & Resource Allocation

Assign daily work packages and monitor crew progress, productivity, and data accuracy. Realign resources to meet shifting client priorities and ensure schedule adherence. Coordinate equipment, permits, and material requirements to prevent delays.

4. Safety & Quality Assurance

Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA and client safety standards. Perform random quality inspections and audits prior to client submission. Drive corrective actions and root‑cause analysis for any safety or quality non‑compliance.

5. Reporting & Communication

Deliver daily and weekly progress reports, including production counts, issues, and field metrics. Maintain transparent communication with project managers and leadership on risks, delays, and dependencies. Ensure all field data and documentation meet client close‑out and compliance requirements.
