Curinos is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of products and mentor a 2 to 4‑person team of empowered Product Managers. This individual will set clear vision and strategy for their product domain, ensuring that Curinos delivers innovative, high‑quality solutions that solve our clients’ most important problems.

As a senior leader within the Product & Technology organization, the Director will play a pivotal role in defining Curinos’ future — setting the bar for product excellence, developing next‑generation product talent, collaborating across the organization to achieve division‑level goals, and advancing our culture of innovation.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes that align with Curinos’ strategic priorities

Guide Product Managers as they translate complex business objectives into clear product plans, prioritizing initiatives that deliver client and commercial value

Drive execution across empowered product pods, ensuring a high bar for quality, consistency, and results

Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and scale product processes and delivery practices across teams

Act as a mentor, coach, and thought partner for Product Managers — growing their capabilities in discovery, strategy, delivery, and stakeholder influence

Translate complex product and industry concepts into clear, teachable frameworks

Create a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Champion Quality & Consistency

Set expectations for excellence in discovery, design, and delivery

Review and guide work across pods to ensure precision, accuracy, and impact

Drive process improvements that raise the standard for the entire Product organization

Demonstrate Subject-Matter Expertise

Serve as an internal authority on market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics within your product domain

Leverage deep understanding of financial services and analytics to guide strategic decisions

Ensure the team’s work connects directly to business and client outcomes

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration and Innovation

Build strong, solution-oriented partnerships with Engineering, UX, Data, Advisory, and Product Delivery, identifying opportunities to bring innovation to products and the product discovery and development process

Proactively share insights, decisions, and learnings across pods and departments

Resolve issues through direct, constructive communication that strengthens relationships and speeds outcomes

Set challenging but achievable goals for your products and teams and hold yourself accountable for results

Create clarity, remove roadblocks, and champion your team’s successes across the division

Contribute to company-wide initiatives that improve performance, culture, and client impact

Salary Range Salary Range: $180,000 -$190,000 (plus Bonus)

Desired Skills & Expertise

5-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 2–5 years in a leadership role guiding other PMs in a growing enterprise SaaS software business

Proven ability to define product strategy, drive execution and leverage technical innovation in empowered product teams

Strong track record of delivering measurable client and business outcomes in SaaS, data, or analytics products, experience with AI and Machine Learning technologies, and data visualization, UX and business workflows an advantage

Deep understanding of the financial services industry and how banks create value through pricing, data, and digital experiences (preferred), and the regulatory environment within which they operate

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills — able to translate between business, technology, and client contexts

High standards for quality and craftsmanship; ability to coach others to deliver the same.

Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong cross-functional networks

Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with pragmatic execution
