As a Teamcenter Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex PLM implementations and migrations for our automotive clients. With your extensive experience in Teamcenter and project management methodologies, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of mission‑critical PLM solutions.
Responsibilities
Leading and managing complex Teamcenter implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Developing comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation approaches for Teamcenter implementations.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Managing client expectations and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and regular status updates.
Identifying and resolving technical and operational issues that may impact project delivery.
Overseeing the configuration and customization of Teamcenter to meet specific client requirements.
Qualifications
Extensive experience (15+ years) in managing complex Teamcenter implementation projects, particularly in the automotive industry.
Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture, functionality, and best practices for implementation and customization.
Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, product development processes, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale Teamcenter projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage client relationships effectively.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience in risk management for complex technical projects.
