Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Management Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. In this pivotal role, you will work with C-suite executives and senior leadership of client organizations to solve complex business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and develop comprehensive, data-driven business plans and strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and enhance competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends, and perform competitive assessments (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces) to identify opportunities, threats, and client positioning.
Business Plan Development:
Lead the creation and articulation of comprehensive business plans, including strategic roadmaps, financial projections, operational strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
Financial Modeling & Analysis:
Utilize business and financial acumen to develop detailed financial models, assess profitability, provide budgeting advice, and evaluate the potential impact of strategic initiatives and investments (e.g., M&A, market entry).
Stakeholder Collaboration & Facilitation:
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and planning sessions with diverse stakeholders (from department heads to C-suite) to gather insights, build consensus, and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
Presentation & Recommendation:
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports that translate complex data and findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
Project Management:
Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and resources, guiding junior consultants and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client objectives.
Problem Solving:
Employ structured problem-solving methodologies to address client challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
Experience:
Proven experience (typically 5-8+ years, depending on the specific role level) in strategy or management consulting, ideally within a Big 4 firm or equivalent top-tier consulting environment. Experience working with Cable or Telecom clients are a nice to have.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong client relationships.
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
