Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Advise clients on estate administration, tax implications, and asset distribution strategies.
Conduct legal research related to estate, probate, and tax planning matters.
Work closely with clients to create customized estate plans tailored to family, business, and financial goals.
Support senior attorneys with complex trust and probate matters.
Maintain a strong commitment to client confidentiality and satisfaction.
Qualifications
1–6 years of experience in estate planning or estate administration.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar membership in good standing.
Proven expertise in drafting estate planning documents and advising on probate matters.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and build lasting client relationships.
