From executing Victra's sales process to sharing product knowledge, you will connect our guests to what matters most. What You Will Be Doing
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate and bring your authentic self to every interaction. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make technology simple. Foster a competitive drive and a desire to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. What We Offer

We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave requirements are provided under appropriate state law where applicable. What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The training may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra. After You Apply
