Morphe is a dynamic, forward-thinking beauty brand that thrives at the intersection of beauty and digital innovation. Dedicated to empowering self-expression and beauty through our high-quality, accessible products.

We’re looking for an eCommerce Specialist who is equal parts project manager, problem solver, and digital storyteller — someone who can connect the dots between content, performance, and consumer insights to drive growth across Morphe.com, Amazon, and retail partners like Ulta.com.

Campaign Execution

Own campaign execution across Morphe.com and Amazon — coordinating promotions, product launches, and email marketing.

Proactively communicate statuses and updates cross-functionally, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout every stage of a project.

Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Tech, Brand, and Creative to ensure flawless launch readiness.

Repurpose top-performing content from social, influencer, and retail channels for use in site and marketplace marketing.

Connect insights across Morphe.com, Amazon, Ulta.com, and international markets — identifying what’s selling, what’s trending, and why.

Maintain a unified eCommerce calendar, aligning all digital and marketing milestones in one place.

Brief internal and external creative teams on needed assets and manage deliverables to launch.

Monitor site merchandising daily — adjusting featured products, hero banners, and navigation placements to reflect campaign priorities and inventory levels.

Audit product listings, pricing, and reviews on Amazon and other retail partner sites to ensure brand consistency and identify optimization opportunities.

Performance Reporting

Stay current on eCommerce and digital retail trends, sharing insights that inform future merchandising and content strategies.

Develop post-launch recaps summarizing key metrics, learnings, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Track key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, CTR, and AOV, and make data-driven recommendations to improve eCommerce performance.
