Collectors

Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value‑added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record‑setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible coins, trading cards, Funko Pops!, video games, event tickets, autographs, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris.

What You’ll Do

Own on‑site production and logistics end‑to‑end (pre‑arrival through shipping), balancing throughput, cost, and uncompromising quality; grading remains out of scope and run by a separate org.

Scale operations from thousands of unique items per year to tens of thousands, ensuring capacity planning, workflow design, staffing, and technology support that meet growth targets.

Own and deliver Safety, Quality, Productivity, Throughput, and service KPIs, establishing operating mechanisms and review cadences that drive accountability across teams.

Provide production planning and coordination, setting goals and translating priorities into executable work plans for multi‑team operations.

Drive continuous improvement (CPI mindset) to increase throughput, efficiency, and quality; define and standardize processes that scale while reducing variability.

Build a high‑ownership culture that values urgency, workplace pride, and operational discipline—from how the workspace looks to how it functions.

Develop leaders and teams in partnership with the People team, enhancing skills and engagement while aligning to an integrated business strategy.

Manage site risk across safety, security, and insurance considerations through cross‑functional collaboration and governance.

Partner with Product and Engineering to implement new and improved tech solutions that unlock measurable operational gains.

Cascade functional strategy and ensure operational effectiveness, making final decisions on implementation and managing actions that impact multi‑department budgets.

Lead through subordinate managers across multiple integrated departments, setting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results at the functional level.

Communicate across senior stakeholders, reconciling multiple views to drive business results and ensuring schedules and budgets meet functional requirements.

Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security.

Who You Are

A collaborative, change‑management oriented leader who moves with urgency, brings teams along the journey, and empowers leaders to deliver at scale.

Proven at driving business performance in production, logistics, quality, and customer service excellence across light manufacturing, warehousing, or fulfillment environments.

Possesses a continuous improvement mindset with experience in observing, recommending, testing, and implementing process changes that increase quality and efficiency on a consistent basis.

Skilled at translating strategic priorities into a local operating plan, improving turnaround times and elevating product quality standards.

A data‑driven operator with strong process focus and continuous improvement orientation; decisive in ambiguous situations with diverse stakeholder needs.

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
