Opportunity Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognised company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across our network and around the globe. This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future‑prove their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end‑to‑end PESO experiences. The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow.

Overview The Senior Analyst, Data Science is tasked with developing, and delivering advanced ML/AI‑based products and analytic solutions integrated into the Publicis CoreAI to support the agency’s global media engagement relationship with Mars, Inc. (“Mars”). This role will be a critical driver both of technical and effective delivery of advanced analytic solutions. Specifically in the areas of connected measurement, outcomes/KPI forecasting, experimental designs at the strategic segments and geo levels, and optimisation across all brand & performance media investments.

Responsibilities

Develop ML/AI data products for Publicis CoreAI workflows, supporting OneMars Measurement roadmap.

Partner with peers in related technical areas (technology & product engineering) to audit/assess current data science capabilities and offerings to support media & marketing planning and operations functions.

Operate in a growth‑hacking mode that seeks to enhance our current suite of AI‑based analytic data products.

Assist in the development of Proof‑of‑Concepts to evaluate new tools.

Work effectively with partner product stakeholders to translate product and output requirements into AI/ML solution architecture, tools, tasks & code that will improve the Publicis CoreAI offering.

Be proficient in various programming languages, frameworks and tools to develop sophisticated ML/AI/GenAI applications to address challenges; adopt new languages and paradigms where they deliver significant benefit.

Produce high‑quality code that leads to rapid delivery and compelling utility.

Model in multiple data domains & platforms; apply understanding of elastic scale and build highly available and scalable analytic systems.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – product strategists, data & technology engineers, business analysts – to develop and deliver innovative AI/ML features and services that will lead to successful workflow implementations.

Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, timelines and budgets.

Stay informed about trends, technologies and protocols in the data science field.

Support internal knowledge sharing and training programs to elevate the team’s expertise.

Contribute to the company’s growth by editing case studies and contributing to white papers that highlight success stories and innovative analytic approaches.

Help improve organisational processes in your technical area.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and advanced analytics.

Has developed AI/ML analytic solutions in a fast‑moving, innovation‑focused organisation in categories such as e‑commerce/retail, entertainment/media/travel, advertising platforms/services (e.g., Google, Amazon). Demonstrable history of hands‑on coding that showcases your prowess.

Mastery of multiple programming languages and development tools; experience building products used by other developers.

Exceptional problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience with agile and other progressive development methodologies.

Education

Advanced degrees (M.Sc./Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related field are preferred.

Certifications in analytics or data science (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Certified Analytics Professional) preferred.

Compensation Range: $72,390.00 – $109,480.00 annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and paid time off.
