Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description We are seeking a licensed architect or experienced design professional to join our Retail Studio in Seattle as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and possesses a strong background in leading architectural projects from concept through construction. You will manage client relationships, oversee project teams, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality work across multiple active projects. Your role will have an immediate impact by driving project schedules, budgets, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams and manage client relationships.
Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
Coordinate design, documentation, and construction administration.
Mentor staff and ensure quality control.
Support marketing efforts and proposal development.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
MUST HAVE prior professional experience in retail, store, and/or rollout projects.
12+ years professional architecture experience with at least 4 years in a project management role most recently.
Experience in architecture project management and construction administration.
Strong detailing skills and familiarity with spec coordination.
Ability to manage 150–250 interiors‑focused projects annually across multiple accounts.
Client and team leadership skills, serving as the primary client contact across concurrent projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong background in interiors‑focused retail architecture.
Experience in financial oversight, managing budgets, billing, and fee negotiations.
Architecture license preferred.
Work Environment Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with core hours for collaboration, working Monday through Thursday in‑office and Friday as an optional work from home day.
