Job Summary
Provide integration, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex Cisco network environments (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
Optimize and maintain network performance and reliability across LAN/WAN architectures.
Manage and update Cisco IOS/IOS‑XE/NX‑OS configurations.
Ensure high availability and secure application delivery by integrating Cisco solutions with other technologies.
Operate, maintain, and enhance Cisco infrastructure for optimal application performance and security.
Propose and implement system improvements to increase network reliability and efficiency.
Perform troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for Cisco platforms.
Collaborate with network, security, and systems teams to meet technical requirements and objectives.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Support customer technical requirements and participate in technical discussions.
