Job Description Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. This role provides foundational support in the development, testing, and lifecycle management of vascular access devices, accessories, and related technologies. It offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to product design, validation, and continuous improvement while gaining valuable experience in a regulated MedTech environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in executing basic design, testing, and validation activities.
Support documentation and reporting of test results, issues, and product data. Contribute to design improvements and design for manufacturability initiatives.
Help in troubleshooting product issues, field feedback, and escalation investigations.
Support activities related to product updates, validation, and compliance documentation.
Work closely with senior engineers, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to support project tasks.
Assist in gathering and organizing technical data and documents needed for projects and audits.
Support technical reviews and updates on product features.
Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and support validation/verification activities for product development.
Follow quality standards and operational procedures to ensure product safety and performance.
Participate in training sessions, hands on projects, and industry learning to build technical skills.
Identify process improvements and support their implementation.
Develop an understanding of engineering principles, product development lifecycle, and regulatory standards.
Stay informed about new technologies and best practices within the MedTech industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, or related) for recent graduates or students.
Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a regulated product environment.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to support multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.

Compensation and Benefits Anticipated base pay range: $77,000 to $124,200. Eligible for annual performance bonus. Eligible for long‑term incentive program. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance, group legal insurance. Participation in consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Time off: Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year; Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year (up to 56 hours if residing in Washington); Holiday pay – up to 13 days per calendar year; Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
