Electrician Instructor

Key Responsibilities
Teach and provide hands‑on training using our fully equipped facility, ensuring students gain valuable skills.
Facilitate and deliver the accredited course curriculum, ensuring a thorough understanding of electrical systems.
Teach safety and compliance, instilling the importance of safety procedures and industry regulations, preparing students for real‑world applications.
Support and motivate student growth, encouraging professionalism, accountability, and continuous development to foster student success.
Evaluate and communicate progress, regularly assessing and communicating student performance, offering feedback to guide improvement.
Prepare students for successful careers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a demanding and in‑demand career.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in the residential, commercial, or industrial electrical industry.
Experience in installation and service of electrical equipment.
Understanding of single‑phase and 3‑phase systems.
Knowledge of electrical codes.
Motor controls, lighting controls or solar experience is a plus.
Experience or knowledge of low‑voltage systems is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required.
Teaching experience is a plus.
