Keystone AI
IT Systems Administrator (On‑Site, Contract‑to‑Hire)
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract with potential to convert to Full‑Time
Keystone AI is a global technology and services firm specializing in enterprise AI, economics advisory and technology strategy. Keystone’s Deep Enterprise™ AI platform—built by AI/ML industry pioneers—helps large enterprises optimize business decisions at scale. By combining advanced technology, strategic consulting, and applied econometrics, Keystone delivers innovative solutions to organizations across the technology, business, legal, and government sectors. Founded in 2003, Keystone operates globally with offices in New York, San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, London, and Dubai.
Keystone.AI employs the world’s best AI/ML science and technology practitioners with unparalleled experience implementing highly complex, massive‑scale algorithms and models to help companies make better decisions across manufacturing, supply chain management, sales, and marketing.
About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Systems Administrator Contractor to join us onsite in our Bellevue office. If you love solving problems, enjoy helping people and like being the person others rely on when tech needs to “just work,” this could be a great fit. This role is very much a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves, get‑things‑done kind of position. You’ll support around 60 employees—both technical and non‑technical—and you’ll be the go‑to person when someone needs help with their laptop, access, Wi‑Fi, a Zoom room that’s misbehaving or wants to learn a better way to use our tools. It’s fast‑paced, busy and rewarding. Your impact will be felt immediately.
This is not an architect or “sit behind a strategy deck” role. You’ll be hands‑on every day, keeping our environment running smoothly while also looking for chances to make things a little better, faster or easier (with alignment, of course). You’ll support people in person, through quick walk‑ups, over chat and through tickets — whatever helps them get back to doing their best work.
Role Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
Helping a teammate troubleshoot an issue on their laptop
Getting a new hire set up with hardware, accounts and access
Making sure Zoom rooms and AV setups are smooth for meetings
Fixing Wi‑Fi or basic connectivity problems
Automating a repetitive task or setup
Improving onboarding or offboarding flow
Leveling up device management or workplace security
Partnering with engineering or operations to improve internal tools
Administer tools that we use daily such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, GitHub and our identity and access systems
Keeping our devices, software and documentation organized and secure
You’ll Do Great Here If You’re
Friendly, patient and great with people
A natural problem‑solver
Comfortable working independently day‑to‑day
Motivated by making work easier for others
Clear in your communication and follow‑through
What You Bring
Strong hands‑on IT systems support and administration experience (many successful candidates have 3–6 years, but we care more about capability and maturity than a specific number)
Comfortable troubleshooting across laptops, OS, Wi‑Fi, conference room setups and collaboration tools. Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, GitHub or similar tools
Experience managing user access and accounts (AWS Identity Center or similar is a plus)
A self‑starter mindset — you spot what needs attention and take action
A service‑first approach and strong communication skills
Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)
Basic scripting or automation skills to eliminate manual steps
Experience improving small‑office networks or AV setups
Previous startup or high‑growth company experience
About Why Join Keystone AI? We’re a curious, collaborative and mission‑driven team that cares about doing great work together — not just fast work. People here are kind, resourceful and supportive. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who value initiative, learning and thoughtful problem‑solving. A few things people tend to love about working here:
Real ownership and trust — you’ll have the space to make an impact
Growth without limits — if you show interest and capability, we’ll help you develop
Friendly, down‑to‑earth teammates who want you to succeed
A culture rooted in learning, curiosity and collaboration
If you’re excited by the idea of helping a growing team stay productive, supported and running smoothly — and you want a role where your work is genuinely appreciated — we’d love to meet you.
