Digital Marketing Associate | Pivot Marketing
A Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with the Pivot Media team to implement best practices across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, website optimization, and more. The role also involves growing the company through social media, blog writing, and website management.
Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and eager individual who understands digital marketing strategies and is willing to learn. The ideal candidate excels in developing and executing campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research for paid search campaigns and SEO initiatives.
Participate in SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve search visibility.
Build and refine audience segments within paid social platforms.
Craft compelling ad messaging for paid search and social campaigns.
Leverage data to measure the impact of ad creative and messaging strategies.
Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics (GA4).
Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of relevant work experience, courses or internships.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising.
Experience with Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, Amazon DSP is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and capability to generate creative solutions.

Salary & Benefits Anticipated salary range: $45,000–$55,000 (based on experience). Benefits include employer‑sponsored healthcare, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holiday pay, life and short‑term disability insurance, and optional dental, vision, and supplemental coverage.
