As VP, Group Account Director, you are the heartbeat of the client-agency relationship. You will lead integrated campaigns across traditional, digital, social, mobile and retail channels—driving creative excellence and strategic impact. Location

New York (preferred) or Miami (alternative) Responsibilities

Serve as senior strategic partner, guiding brand development and momentum. Own scope of work, driving organic growth across assigned business units. Lead client presentations and manage advertising budgets. Build long‑term client relationships rooted in trust. Collaborate with planners and creatives to bring bold ideas to life. Guide team through creative process, ensuring work is strategically sound and culturally resonant. Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and accountability. Lead cross‑functional collaboration across agency and partner agencies. Understand and activate agency initiatives, monitoring scope for expansion or optimization. Qualifications

12‑14 years experience in fast‑paced agency environments. Proven leadership in Account/Brand Director roles with successful pitches and new business wins. Fluent in English and Spanish; deep knowledge of US General Market. Strong project management, communication and organizational skills. Experience managing remote teams and navigating tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. Bachelor’s degree required. Willingness to travel as needed. Additional Information
