Job Summary The Senior Analyst – Advanced Analytics will play a critical role in Harley-Davidson’s centralized analytics team, serving as a key contributor to data-driven decision-making across the organization. While primarily supporting motorcycle product and market analytics, this role will also collaborate with other business areas to deliver actionable insights, advanced analytics, and intuitive dashboards that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Be the subject matter expert for motorcycle industry data.

Use statistical techniques to develop scenario analyses to support product strategy and lifecycle management.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards for product and market KPIs using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Partner with product managers, marketing, and sales teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Work closely with data engineering teams to manage key strategic datasets and optimize data pipelines and sources for analytics.

Drive efficiency and innovation using AI to push automation and advanced insight.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Bachelor’s degree in data science, math, economics, business administration, market research, or other data‑intensive field preferred.

Master’s degree preferred.

Experience Requirements

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience

Demonstrated ability to manage and synthesize consumer, retail, and market data from many sources in diverse formats

Experience conducting market and product deep dives to understand and anticipate trends across multiple performance metrics

Demonstrated experience in integrating disparate sources of information into a coherent story aimed at influencing senior leadership decisions

Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and query languages (SQL, Spark SQL)

Expertise with BI tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric and analytics software or programming languages (Alteryx, Savant, Python, R, etc.)

Experience with key driver analysis, trend prediction, and other predictive models

Compensation and Benefits The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience. We offer an inclusive compensation package for all full‑time salaried employees including, but not limited to, annual bonus programs, health insurance benefits, a 401k program, onsite fitness centers and employee stores, employee discounts on products and accessories, and more.

Pay Range: $85,700 – $132,800
