Visual Content Producer for Luxury Skincare Brand We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented

Videographer + Photographer

to bring the Green Envee brand to life through visually stunning storytelling. This role plays a key part in connecting both

professional spa partners (B2B)

and

consumers (B2C)

through engaging photo and video content that highlights our clean beauty, education, and wellness mission.

From creating captivating reels and campaign visuals to filming professional webinars, educational content for Green Envee University, and handling podcast setup and editing — this role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative vision and technical precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture, edit, and produce high‑quality photo and video content for both professional (spa) and consumer audiences.

Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, spa education, and social storytelling.

Create compelling visuals that reflect Green Envee’s luxury wellness aesthetic — balancing aspirational lifestyle with educational value.

Collaborate with marketing and education teams to translate complex concepts (e.g., protocols, product benefits) into visually engaging content.

Support storytelling across all platforms: website, Green Envee University, social media, email, and partner marketing materials.

Video + Photo Production:

Plan and produce shoots for a variety of formats — including spa location shoots, lifestyle content, educational webinars, and studio product photography.

Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for high‑quality recording in both studio and live environments.

Capture multi‑angle footage for professional training modules, webinars, and campaign videos.

Direct on‑site shoots, including talent coordination, product styling, and scene design.

Ensure all visuals meet brand standards for composition, lighting, and tone.

Editing + Post‑Production:

Edit video and photo content for multiple uses — including short‑form Reels, website banners, digital ads, and training videos.

Apply consistent color grading, motion graphics, and branding elements to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

Organize, label, and archive digital assets for efficient access by internal teams.

Optimize visuals for performance and quality across social and digital platforms.

Podcast Production + Editing:

Manage full podcast production from setup to final edit — including audio, video, both in‑studio and remote recordings.

Edit podcast episodes for clarity, flow, and engagement, adding branded intros/outros, music, and sound design elements.

Ensure consistent audio levels, color grading, and visual quality for video podcast content.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to repurpose podcast segments into social clips, Reels, or promotional assets.

Collaboration + Innovation:

Partner with marketing and education team to ensure content supports both consumer campaigns and professional growth initiatives.

Contribute to creative brainstorming for campaigns, webinars, and partner marketing resources.

Stay ahead of digital and visual trends to recommend innovative approaches for content storytelling.

Assist in building a visual library that supports spa partner marketing and sales enablement.

Ideal Traits + Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in videography, photography, or multimedia production, preferably in

beauty, skincare, or wellness

industries.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects) or equivalent tools.

Skilled in operating

Sony cameras

and related equipment for high‑quality video and photo capture.

Must be able to

edit and produce content in‑house

within the

Chicago Creative Office

for collaborative workflow and timely production turnaround.

Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and camera operation for both product and live subject environments.

Experience producing content for

education, professional training, and marketing .

Eye for detail, composition, and brand storytelling — able to create visuals that inspire and educate.

Organized and efficient — able to manage projects from pre‑production through final delivery.

Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable balancing creative vision with business goals.
