Business Litigation Attorney – Established Law Firm
Join a dynamic legal team as a permanent Business Litigation Attorney, handling complex business litigation matters including real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, and securities litigation.
Base Pay Range $200,000 - $300,000 per year

Responsibilities
Represent clients in all stages of business disputes, from initial case evaluation and strategy development through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
Handle complex litigation matters involving real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, and securities litigation.
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and advise clients.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to avoid litigation or resolve disputes efficiently.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide excellent service to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting business litigation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, focused on real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, and securities litigation.
Excellent litigation skills, including trial advocacy, deposition, discovery, and motion practice.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to resolve disputes efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
