What you will do

Execute the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) (system planning parameters, physical part parameters, taked delivery expectations, supplier integration) and adherence to material replenishment expectations, including existing MMAS & IBP policies and procedures.

Support annual MMAS audits; ensure monthly compliance requirements.

Co‑lead, or support various strategic initiatives associated with material planning processes & systems.

Facilitate planned part changes that affect schedules to ensure changes result in no excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory or part shortages. Changes can include engineering change incorporation, master data, sourcing, PFEP, takted deliveries, capacity, machine/tooling downtime, etc.

Communicate and synchronize with all applicable functions to execute timely and accurate implementation of material master changes.

Define takted material plans to support detailed production schedule and maintain inventory control through supplier integration.

Manage Value Stream inventory input/output commits, and co‑lead or support inventory initiative teams focused on the improvement of inventory management processes.

Qualifications you must have

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field and 5 years of experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.

U.S. Citizen – U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.

Role type Remote: Employees will work primarily offsite (from home). Candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is on‑site, hybrid or remote.

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: 82,000 USD – 164,000 USD.
