Controller

to lead our accounting operations and drive financial excellence across a multi-entity organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing consolidated financial reporting, intercompany activity, eliminations, and transfer pricing compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strong technical foundation in GAAP, and excels at building high-performing teams and scalable processes. As a key business partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, the Controller will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting while contributing to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Consolidations Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Manage elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting across subsidiaries, joint ventures, and affiliated entities.

Ensure proper application of transfer pricing policies and compliance with domestic and international tax regulations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, preparing consolidated schedules, documentation, and audit support.

Operational & Technical Accounting Develop, implement, and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Stay current with evolving GAAP standards and regulatory updates, leading the adoption of new accounting guidance.

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all business units.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems, reporting tools, and consolidation processes.

Leadership & Strategic Partnership Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.

Partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership to provide data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Tax teams to streamline workflows and improve organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

CPA strongly preferred .

8+ years of progressive accounting experience , including at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.

Deep expertise in

consolidations, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and transfer pricing .

Proven experience managing accounting for

multi-entity or global organizations

with complex structures.

Demonstrated success in

leading teams ,

improving processes , and implementing scalable systems.

Strong proficiency with ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
