. The role will collaborate across the organization in leading projects and initiatives aimed at driving significant dealer network growth and greater profitability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop strong business relationships with new and existing dealers that will foster growth and engagement by understanding the dealer’s needs and offering solutions that reinforce product and brand affinity and drive future growth. · Build and maintain long-term partnerships with current and prospective dealers to support growth targets and leverage strong negotiation skills to secure new strategic partnerships that drive future growth and profitability. · Perform research, analyze industry trends, identify target markets, develop and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop informed business and growth strategies. · Perform market research and engage with potential dealers or clients through cold calling, social media, and other lead generation sources. · Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to develop and implement strategies and initiatives that improve dealer support, marketing, training, and onboarding to foster new dealer engagement and sales growth. · Plan and coordinate dealer training sessions, business meetings, focus groups, annual or semi-annual conferences, periodically and as needed to continually support dealer effectiveness and engagement · Assess dealer performance, forecast individual and aggregate dealer network profitability and sales revenue growth opportunities. · Perform other duties as assigned to support overall organizational growth and development of the US Wholesale business.
