How AT&T Wireless Sales Associates Drive Wireless Revenue

Serve as the primary customer-facing expert on all AT&T wireless products, accessories, and rate plans.

Initiate compelling conversations with prospective customers to actively sell new service activations and feature upgrades.

Conduct engaging, hands-on demonstrations of 5G-enabled devices and services, clearly articulating their value.

Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets and metrics.

Maintain an up-to-the-minute knowledge base on all competitive wireless offerings to effectively counter objections and highlight AT&T's advantages.

Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from initial pitch to final contract signing, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Actively participate in in-field sales campaigns and promotional events throughout the San Diego market.

Coach and mentor newer team members on effective sales tactics and 5G product pitches.
