The Office of Risk Management (ORM) supports the implementation of programs, policies, and practices to manage the risk of RSM US LLP. Audit Quality & Risk Management (AQRM) within ORM, is responsible for monitoring the firm's audit practice by executing such activities as the internal inspection program, PCAOB inspection, pre‑release monitoring, and testing the design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of the system of quality management amongst other important activities. AQRM works closely with the National Professional Standards Group (NPSG) in assisting in the creation and monitoring of policies, tools, guidance, and training. This position assists and reports to the Audit Quality and Risk Leader and will work on all quality related matters and activities that are the responsibility of AQRM. Responsibilities

Oversee the testing of the design, implementation and operating effectiveness and other monitoring activities of the system of quality management, under PCAOB QC 1000, AICPA SQMS No. 1, IESBA ISQM 1, and other applicable regulatory requirements Evaluate exceptions identified in the design, implementation and operating effectiveness testing and other relevant information about the system of quality management for potential finding or deficiency Prepare and deliver communications to senior leadership related to system of quality management matters Assist in other monitoring efforts, especially around those related to thematic negative quality events and poor supervision and review Develop and deliver continuing professional education courses Consult in the evaluation and determination of root cause and other casual factors that gave rise to negative quality events Perform other monitoring and quality initiatives as directed by the Quality Control Inquiry Committee, Chief Risk Officer, Audit Quality and Risk Leader, Audit Quality and Risk Management Partner, potentially representing the firm through participation in professional task forces Responsible for other various assignments that arise through incident response or international audit quality and regulatory compliance Other duties assigned Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (required) Master's degree (preferred) CPA license in principal place of business (required) Working knowledge of PCAOB and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards Experience with audit tools such as CaseWare and IDEA 8+ years relevant experience (required) Experience & Skills

Ability to work collaboratively with others globally and across the enterprise Ability to manage complex, firm‑wide projects, including developing detailed project plans, timelines, and monitoring framework Strong performance history and demonstration of excellence Strong social and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly to change Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide teams through complex, long‑term projects SEC audit engagement or PCAOB inspection experience preferred Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, verbally and orally to diverse audiences across the firm and to outside professional contacts Ability to develop and maintain applicable professional and internal contacts, resources and networks Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with respect to internal information Exhibit high attention to detail and strong proofreading skills Leadership Skills
