Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack solutions using modern technologies and cloud-native architectures. Drive modernization initiatives for legacy systems, improving performance, maintainability, and observability. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise-level integration and business functionality. Implement automated CI/CD pipelines, test strategies, and observability tools to ensure high-quality, resilient deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and implement best engineering practices. Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection policies within the payments domain. Optimize performance across the stack—from front-end UX to backend data persistence and infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Required Skills And Experience
8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead full-stack role. Strong proficiency in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and RESTful API development. Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB). Expertise in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure). Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK). Strong understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT), and API gateways. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the payments or financial services domain. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates). Familiarity with serverless computing and event sourcing patterns. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
