What You’ll Do You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead the team to turn the store into a success.

Desired Skills & Experience

High school diploma required

Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

ADA Statement While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees must remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment, lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across countertops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot, noise levels high, storage space limited, and shelves high. Employees must work in a fast‑paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations.

Pay Range $33 per hour – $36 per hour. Within this range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee that any associate will earn any bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of its bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
