Role Overview We are seeking a Staff Architect licensed in California who will support the design and documentation of projects from concept through construction. This role bridges design thinking and technical execution, ideal for a licensed architect ready to take ownership of projects under the guidance of senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support all phases of architectural projects: schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
Produce detailed drawings, models, and technical documentation using 3Ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure alignment and quality.
Participate in project meetings and assist with permitting, material selections, and specifications.
Ensure design intent is maintained through construction with clear communication and documentation.
Contribute to maintaining office standards and best practices for design and production workflows.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch required).
Architectural license (California) required.
3-6 years of professional experience in architecture or design-build.
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Solid understanding of construction detailing, codes, and permitting processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within a dynamic, hands-on team environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually.
Paid time off after 6 months.
