Join our team as a Clinical Director for our Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical aspects of our behavioral health programs, ensuring that each client receives high-quality, individualized care. You will be responsible for maintaining program integrity, leading a team of skilled clinicians, and upholding our commitment to fostering self-worth and a positive outlook. Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee PHP, IOP, and OP programs to ensure effective delivery of evidence-based therapeutic services Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and treatment protocols in line with regulatory and accrediting standards Ensure that client care is conducted in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment, prioritizing respect and dignity for all Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision sessions to ensure adherence to best practices Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care, ensure client safety, and monitor program outcomes Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards Qualifications

Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Licensed in Maryland, with credentials such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or similar Minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with 3+ years in a leadership role Demonstrated experience with PHP/IOP/OP programs Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
