As a Sales Service Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty Division office in Guangzhou Huangpu site, you will report to the Business Manager and support the daily sales administration work as well as account supporting jobs. Responsibilities
Arrange samples/quotation/ regulatory documents for customers.
Handle customer projects successfully and timely.
Manage the daily business correspondence in coordination with the account managers
Others tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing skill
At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales/sales admin
Good sense of customer service, Excellent communication skills, Full passion
Good at PowerPoint/ Excel etc. office software
