Overview:
Leads the Technology Procurement team, overseeing procure-to-pay operations, vendor/category management, and policy improvements in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
Oversee procurement operations, approvals, and team workload to align spend with sourcing strategy
Lead agile projects to assess and improve procurement processes
Ensure software license compliance with the Software Asset Management team
Develop scalable policies, systems, and forecasting tools
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices with procurement partners
Collaborate across IT, finance, and procurement to optimize renewals
Analyze usage trends and cost impacts; drive data-informed decisions
Hire, train, and manage procurement staff
Maintain stakeholder communication and align procurement with business goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree + 7 years in IT procurement/license management (3 years in leadership), or 11 years total experience with 3 years in leadership
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and ServiceNow ITBM
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Expertise in financial modeling, contract law, risk management, and business planning
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in an agile environment
CPSM, CPSD, CTPRP, or PMP certification (within 15 months or current) preferred
Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance, supply chain, or technology is a plus
