to lead the company’s evolution from a $10M business into a structured, globally dominant

— with stronger market penetration across Europe, Asia, and Mexico, along with expansion into the white market (major global retail distribution). Mission

The CEO will transform the brand’s creative momentum into a scalable global business by strengthening financial structure, retail strategy, operational systems, and team leadership — while preserving the brand’s core identity:

luxury streetwear rooted in global culture . You will oversee the full organization — from creative to operations — and represent the brand across global partnerships, investors, and high‑profile fashion events. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Global Expansion

Develop and execute a 3‑year strategic plan to scale revenue from $10M to $30M+. Lead expansion across Europe, Asia, and Mexico, building regional teams, distributor networks, and 3PL partnerships. Identify white market entry opportunities through premium retail and department store partnerships. Oversee brand participation in major international events (e.g., Paris/Milan Fashion Week, ComplexCon, Tokyo pop‑ups). Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performance global team across product, marketing, operations, and finance. Establish a strong executive structure (e.g., Director, VP, Country Managers). Define KPIs, analytics dashboards, and performance accountability systems. Foster a culture that is creative, entrepreneurial, and results‑driven. Manage P&L, budgeting, and cash flow across multi‑entity structures (UAE, US, EU). Ensure operational efficiency across supply chain, logistics, and customer experience. Maintain profitability while supporting rapid scale. Lead investor relations or fundraising efforts if required for global expansion. 4. Brand & Market Positioning

Strengthen the brand’s narrative and cultural presence in the global luxury streetwear market. Guide creative direction, marketing communication, and retail strategy to ensure global consistency. Oversee collaborations, licensing agreements, and celebrity partnerships aligned with brand DNA. Balance exclusivity with scalable growth. 5. Partnerships & Business Development

Negotiate major licensing, distribution, and retail partnerships worldwide. Develop long‑term strategic alliances in fashion, music, art, and sports culture. Represent the brand in engagements with investors, luxury groups, and major retail platforms. Ideal Candidate Profile

10–15+ years of senior leadership experience in fashion, luxury, or streetwear. Proven track record scaling a brand globally (ideally from $10M to $50M+). Strong foundation in operations, finance, and international business growth. Deep understanding of hype culture, streetwear communities, and creativity‑driven brands. Existing global network across retail, logistics, marketing, and collaborations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic vision. Fluency in

English
