Technical Program Manager
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee a wide range of initiatives across IT systems, software platforms, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. The role provides strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to Program Managers, ensuring projects are aligned with enterprise architecture, built on scalable solutions, and contribute to long-term business value.
Location Honolulu, Kapolei, or Hilo, Hawaii. This is not a remote position.
Compensation The expected pay range for this position is $71,200 to $95,500 per year. The pay is determined by several factors, including location, job‑related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other relevant factors.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technical projects or program management
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
PMP certification preferred
Experience with projects in multiple technologies and business functions
Valid driver’s license
Candidate must successfully pass a background check and drug test
