Litigation Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury
Location: Houston, TX | Full-Time | In-Office
A nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm in Houston is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. With over two decades of advocacy for the injured and wronged, the firm offers a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a docket of 50–80 litigation files from pre-litigation transition or immediate litigation intake
Maintain proactive client communication and satisfaction metrics
Supervise paralegals and ensure adherence to client contact protocols
Conduct strategic file reviews and drive case progression
Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair when needed
Monitor and meet performance KPIs including settlements, financials, and case duration
Deliver exceptional client experiences and foster trust
Maintain accurate case records and meet all deadlines
Qualifications:
3–7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Licensed to practice law in Texas
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Collaborative and proactive approach to litigation
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
