Description Betches Media is looking for a high‑performing Executive Assistant to the CEO. Our ideal candidate is professional, solutions‑oriented, trustworthy, and warm‑natured. This role requires someone who is incredibly reliable, proactive, organized, and excels at making sound decisions, particularly when handling confidential information. A creative thinker with high emotional intelligence, the ideal candidate is proactive and can anticipate responses in unexpected situations.

This role reports into the Chief Executive Officer and requires adaptability and flexibility, with regular travel to the Betches office in NYC and occasional visits to Long Island.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact, managing high‑level communications, meeting requests, and correspondence

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including:

Complex scheduling and calendar management across personal and professional priorities

Coordinating travel, meetings, and events

Preparing executive‑level communications, reports, presentations, and briefing materials

Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings by providing research, talking points, and strategic insights

Establish weekly planning rhythms to keep priorities aligned and ensure the CEO is set up for success

Track and manage cross‑functional projects, strategic initiatives, and key deliverables

Lead special projects and operational improvements that help the CEO scale impact and effectiveness

Support and lead the CEO’s top priorities by managing her time effectively and identifying internal process efficiencies that unlock more bandwidth

Serve as a proactive thought partner by surfacing solutions and helping drive better decisions fasterWrite and communicate in the CEO’s voice for internal communications and ensure clear, thoughtful correspondence on her behalf

Draft internal updates, talking points, or memos in the CEO’s voice to ensure message clarity and alignment across teams

Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leadership, investors, internal teams, and external partners

Handle confidential documents, contracts, and business materials with discretion and professionalism

Exercise strong judgment in prioritizing requests, managing sensitive information, and navigating internal dynamics

Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and operational tasks tied to CEO‑led initiatives

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite executives

Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident presence

Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently

Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar/project management tools

Passion for the Betches brand and a commitment to supporting a fast‑paced, creative environment

Bonus: Interest in fashion and styling, with an eye for aesthetics and personal presentation

Compensation The expected annual base salary for this role is $70,000 - $115,000. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
