Join a 430-bed, award-winning hospital in a CT Surgery role that allows you to be as busy as you want to be. This group of 2 share call, work collegially, and make strong income potential past the $1.1M range.
Responsibilities
Practice alongside 2 CT Surgeons in a busy and stable practice that averages around 480-500 cases per year
Schedule includes 2 ½ days of clinic and 3 OR days per week
430-bed hospital offers a strong referral program; current surgeons can be as busy as they want to be
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary up to $800K with total income potential exceeding $1.1M
Full benefits, PTO, CME, 401K, negotiable sign-on and relocation, and more
Location
Central CA Metro: Population of 900K+ people offers the benefits of a big city without the overcrowding and traffic of other California Metro cities
Cost of living is 50% lower than LA or the Bay Area; your money goes much farther here
