Join IQVIA as an ESM Program Director to lead a global team in delivering a multi‑phase transformation initiative. The role oversees implementation of ESM solutions, manages vendor and stakeholder relationships, and drives the program through its three key stages: Implementation, Change Management, and Steady‑State Operations. Key Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the ESM transformation program across all phases. Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with IQVIA leads, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination. Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, and roadblocks across workstreams. Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting. Manage a global team of 8–10 onshore and 25 offshore professionals. Provide direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure high‑quality delivery. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive the program through its three‑stage lifecycle: Implementation, Change Management, and Steady‑State. Required Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in IT Program Management, with at least 5 years in ESM or ITSM domains. Proven experience managing large‑scale, global transformation programs. Strong background in vendor management, especially in hybrid delivery models (onshore/offshore). Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ESM platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Scrum Master, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus. Potential base pay range: $108,100.00 – $300,800.00. Additional compensation may include incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits. EEO Statement
