Base Pay Range
$145,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Hinckley Allen is looking for a mid‑level Corporate Associate with an interest in joining a dynamic and sophisticated corporate and business law practice. The ideal candidate will have practiced at least three (3) years in corporate and business law with experience handling a variety of corporate and financial transactions and issues, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, corporate restructurings, contracts, and corporate governance matters. Private equity experience is a plus. Admission to the Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island bar is required (or must be obtained within 6–12 months). Career responsibilities include handling corporate and financial transactions such as acquisitions, sales, mergers, and restructuring, drafting and reviewing contracts, and addressing corporate governance matters. Candidates must possess superior analytical and problem‑solving skills and judgment, be highly motivated, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities
