Scripps Mercy Hospital has served central and downtown San Diego since 1890 and is the oldest medical center in the county. The San Diego campus is located near the corner of 5th Avenue and Washington Street in Hillcrest.
Scripps Mercy Hospital consists of two campuses in San Diego and Chula Vista. San Diego’s campus includes the O’Toole Breast Care Center, a 24‑hour emergency room that is a Level I Trauma Center, outpatient physical rehabilitation, minimally invasive robotic surgery, and our childbirth unit with a Level II neonatal intensive care unit.
This is a Part Time position with benefits, 8‑hour Night shift, working 40 hours per pay period. Shifts are located in Hillcrest, San Diego.

Responsibilities
Providing direct patient care, observation and management of behavioral health patients.
Assessment, plan and implementation of care and evaluating patients' progress toward expected outcomes.
Takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team.
Managing de‑escalation of behavioral disturbances.
Required Experience / Specialized Skills
One (1) year of RN experience.
Current CA Registered Nurse License.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Previous RN experience in Behavioral Health.
Position Pay Range $58.00–$84.00 per hour.
