Significant experience building, managing, or defining strategy for services in a public cloud environment (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, Azure). Direct experience with PaaS, container orchestration, or CI/CD systems is a major plus. Strong foundation in building and operating scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems at scale. Deep commitment to operational excellence, meeting and exceeding SLAs, and customer‑obsessed monitoring and observability. Product‑mindful leadership with experience integrating user feedback and market analysis into engineering strategy, focusing on delivering business value.
