The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and analyzing complex systems‑of‑systems architectures. The candidate will be creating models that reveal capability gaps, performance tradeoffs, and mission‑level impacts across kill‑webs and effects‑webs. This role requires a blend of technical modeling expertise, analytical skill, and communication ability to develop architecture models, assess operational effectiveness, and brief senior leaders within OUSD(R&E). The candidate will also help refine and maintain architecture standards and best practices to promote consistency across the defense community.
