Acuity is looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Engineering Team. In this position, you will pioneer cloud and data services with our clients to deliver exciting IT & data driven capabilities.

Responsibilities
Drive discovery, design, and execution of advanced analytics solutions for internal clients
Provide leadership at all stages of the delivery pipeline: estimations, design, management, coding, deployment, and more
Create and deploy predictive, prescriptive and descriptive models and utilize analytical, statistical, and machine learning tools to uncover insights and actions
Collaborate with other BI team members to ensure successful delivery and high business impact for our internal clients
Qualifications
5+ years of professional advanced analytics development and delivery experience.
Demonstrable professional experience applying Machine Learning, analysis, and modeling of large scale and complex data sets.
Highly skilled in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, deep learning, simulation and optimization algorithms.
Agile development methodology experience.
Highly proficient with two or more languages, including R, Python, PySpark, SQL, and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and tools like Databricks and Spark. Preference for prior experience working with AWS.
Clearance Requirement:
Must be US Citizen with an ability to obtain and maintain US Suitability
