Mytra
Senior Marketing Associate
We’re creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We’re focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy.
Role Overview Mytra is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial marketer to own marketing and external communications for our robotics and distributed software platform. You'll translate complex robotics technology into compelling narratives for B2B audiences—from operators and supply chain executives—investors, industry analysts, and current & prospective talent.
This is a true generalist role combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across all marketing functions. You'll develop positioning frameworks, create customer‑facing content, shape our brand presence, lead creative strategy, manage PR relationships, and support sales—all while working directly with Executive, Commercial, Product, and Design teams to define how the market understands Mytra.
Example Projects
Own end-to-end product marketing: develop positioning and messaging frameworks for Mytra's Bots, Cells, and Software platform that resonate across all audiences
Lead brand and creative strategy—from website refresh and social presence to visual identity and customer touchpoints
Create diverse content across formats: sales enablement materials, pitch decks, blog posts, case studies, one‑pagers, product pages, and executive presentations
Manage external agency relationships—set strategy, coordinate launches, evaluate performance
Build competitive intelligence by tracking industry trends and competitor positioning to inform go-to-market strategy
Drive thought leadership through written content that establishes Mytra as an authority in industrial automation
Support sales with materials that translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years in B2B marketing, with strong product marketing and/or brand marketing experience
Exceptional written and verbal communicator who translates complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes across any format
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and takes ownership
Experience (or strong interest in learning) with vendor and agency management
Understanding of B2B buying cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and how to speak to operational and financial decision-makers
Organized multi-tasker who can juggle content publishing, agency coordination, sales support, and strategic projects simultaneously
Energized by early‑stage environments and excited to build everything from a blank slate
A Final Note You’re encouraged to apply even if you don’t check every box. We value curiosity, bias to action, and clarity of communication over perfection. We work closely and collaboratively at Mytra—no one takes on projects alone. We want people who are eager to grow, learn new things, and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Benefits include
Competitive compensation + equity grants at a high growth company backed by top tier VCs
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, and pet insurance
Lively modern combined office and lab space where we rapidly iterate through design, build and test phases
Lunch and snacks provided in the office; we eat and share stories together at the “long” table
Flexible hours and flexible PTO
Pay Notice
Compensation for this position will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience level and location. The posted salary band is applicable only to the San Francisco Bay Area and is subject to change
